It is an unmelted and at the same time passive volcano located in the Cappadocia region.  Mount Erciyes is located in the city of Kayseri. This extinct volcano, which is about 100 km away from the town of Göreme, has a height of 3917 meters and covers an area of ​​3300 square kilometers.  Although it is said that Kayseri formed a large part of Cappadocia with the volcanic smoke thought to have spewed Erciyes Mountain, geologists shared the following information as a result of their research in this region: Erciyes did not form the Cappadocia region.  However, due to the fact that there was much more volcanism in the erciyes mountain basin before, it became passive later than the other volcanoes, and this is the reason why we can clearly see the erciyes mountain today.  Because of its height, Mount Erciyes is colder than anywhere else in the region.  Even in the summer months of the year, there is a 10-15 degree difference between bottom of the mountain and the summit.  Therefore, it has a suitable structure for winter sports, skiing and snowboarding in 4-5 months of the year.

For skiing on Mount Erciyes, we will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 10 o'clock and arrive at the mountain in approximately  90 minutes.  All of the ski equipment is within the price you will talk with our agency.  Lunch is also included in the price. You can choose a snowboard or ski set according to your request, we have all kinds of equipment and it will fit your body size.  This daily activity ends at 16.00.  There are 2 different sections of the ski track.  These are amateur (small) tracks, professional (large) tracks, if you only know how to ski at the beginner level, it will be safer to ski on the small track.  because professional (big) track is a ski track that requires a little more experience due to the natural steep structure of the mountain.
