IMPORTANT NOTE:

Depending on hotel availability, the itinerary can be completed visa-versa without missing any visit.

Reservations and Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total amount per person (unless otherwise indicated) is due upon booking confirmation. The deposit is part of your final payment, which must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure (unless otherwise indicated). If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and issue cancellation charges as shown below. When a reservation is made within 45 days of departure, full payment must be submitted with the reservation form.

Additional deposit requirements for airline tickets or other services will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment

A) Credit Cards: The tour accepts the following credit cards for payment via a mail-order form that will be sent to you at the time of booking.

B) Credit Card Service Fee: Travelers are not charged a service fee for credit card payments.

C) Full payment: Required at the time of booking.

Taxes

The tour cost includes U.S. departure taxes, government and local taxes.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing, by fax, or by mail. A €50 administrative fee will be charged within 45 days. All escorted tours require a 100% non-refundable deposit. Within 45 days of departure, if received in writing, the following penalties will apply:

- More than 45 days: 20% of the total booking price (minimum €200 pp)

- 45 to 29 days: 50% of the total booking price (minimum €500 pp)

- 29 to 15 days or less: 75% of the package

- Less than 15 days: 100% of the package price.

Refunds

All claims and refunds must be submitted in writing to Capacity Turizm no later than 3 weeks after the return of the ground package. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for processing and include all unused documents with your correspondence.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that passengers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may arise (including cancellation fees, medical and cancellation costs, lost luggage, early departure due to death or illness, etc.).

Airline Cancellation Fees

Once the ticket is issued, the airline will impose a cancellation fee of at least 80% (up to the cost of the ticket).

Refunds for Unused Portions

No refunds will be issued for missed services.

Passports and Visas

Unless traveling domestically, travelers must have a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas.

Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of your trip. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have the correct visas for their vacation. They cannot accept liability if you are denied entry to a country because you do not have the correct visa documentation.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about your trip, we ask that you discuss it with the travel agency at that time. If you wish to make an additional complaint, please contact Capacity Travel in writing within 30 days of your return from your trip. Complaints received outside of this period will not be considered.

Travel Insurance

Luggage Limit

Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage. The sum of its length, width, and depth must not exceed 160 cm (63 inches), and the weight limit is 20 kilos. Airlines only allow one piece of luggage per person.

Personal belongings such as cameras, makeup, etc. must be transported. Luggage beyond this limit cannot be transported. Luggage is at the owner's risk.

Not Included

Expenses and items not included in the price Services mentioned at the time of booking are not covered, including, but not limited to: passports, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, laundry and ironing services, personal items, concierge services, and transportation from the city of origin to the airport. Free for bus drivers and local guides.
